Vendor Booth Page

A comprehensive page displaying all vendors participating in your event. Vendors can join through a redeemable event-specific code, allowing seamless registration and booth management.

Dedicated Event Tag for Vendor Listings

Vendors participating in your event will be able to sell merchandise under a unique event tag, ensuring easy identification and a cohesive brand experience.

Personalized Event Info Page

Your event will have a dedicated page on both our mobile app and website, featuring all essential event details, including:

• Event name

• Headline and description

• Event tag (color-coded for distinction)

• Banner and backdrop images

A dedicated section for all the merchandise and listings sold by vendors at your event, offering attendees a clear view of what’s available.

Vendor (Booth) Moderation

We offer moderation services for all vendor booths listed under your event tag, ensuring compliance with your requirements. This includes managing booth number formats, avoiding duplicate booths, and removing any vendors not affiliated with your event.

Additional Notes for the Registration Form:

• Event Headline:
  Craft an engaging headline that will capture the attention of potential attendees.
  Example: “We can’t wait to meet you at ExSell Fest 2024!”
  

• Event Dates vs. Event Tag Dates:

  • (Event Start Date - Event End Date):

    These are the dates your physical event will take place.

  • (Event Tag Start Date - Event Tag Last Date):

    These are the dates your event will be visible on ExSell.my, allowing vendors and attendees to interact with your event page.

    Recommendation: Set the event tag start date several weeks before the event to give vendors time to set up and to allow users to explore event details, booth listings, and merchandise ahead of time.

    After your physical event has concluded, we suggest keeping the event tag active for a few extra days (up to 7 days) so attendees can review the event. If you prefer the event tag to expire on the same date and time as your event, this can be arranged as well.
    

• Entrance Fee

  Specify the price attendees must pay to enter your event.

  Example: RM30, Free, RM40-RM80, RM16.99

  If you have a range of ticket prices, please include the price range in the event description.

• Event Website and Social Media Links

  
  Provide any relevant links to your event website, Instagram, Facebook, or ticket purchasing pages. You may include as many links as necessary.

• Images for Your Event:

  Banner Image for Event Tile:
  Dimensions: 1300 x 600 pixels, file size below 1MB. 
  Note: The banner image is featured on the event tile for users to click on.

  Large Backdrop Image for Event Info Page:
  Dimensions: 1080 x 1080 pixels, file size below 1MB.
  Note: This image serves as the background on your event's info page.

  You may refer to sample images at the bottom of this section.

  Important: Please ensure all images submitted are appropriate for public viewing. We may contact you for revisions if the images are deemed unsuitable.
  

• Main Color Theme:
  Provide the hex color value for your event tag (e.g., #ff0000, #3cb371, #ee82ee). This will be used to customize your event’s theme on our platform. 
  You may refer to sample images at the bottom of this section.

• Sample Booth Number:
  This is the format used for the booth numbers assigned to your vendors at the physical event. Providing a single sample (e.g., B-01, C-02, A-B-001) ensures all booth numbers follow the same format for easy searchability and sorting. If your event does not assign booth numbers, this field can be left empty.
  

• Contact Details:
  Please designate an appropriate point of contact within your organization. This person will serve as our direct liaison, enabling quick communication and efficient resolution of any issues that may arise.
  

Post-Submission Process

Once you have submitted the registration form, we will input your event details into our system. We will notify you once everything is set up, which typically takes 1-3 business days. If we require any clarifications, we will reach out to you to ensure accuracy.

When your event is live on ExSell.my, you will receive a redeemable code to share with your vendors. Should you need any adjustments, we are happy to assist. This includes:

• Updating your event info page

• Revoking and reissuing a new redeemable code for vendors

• Moderating booths listed under your event tag

• Issuing alerts to booths that do not meet your event’s requirements

• Removing booths if necessary

Please contact us if you encounter any issues with ExSell.my, even if they are not listed here. We are committed to addressing any concerns as they arise.

Vendor Integration

Once your vendors successfully join your event, they will be able to set up their online booths under your event tag. They can also tag their merchandise/listings with the event tag, allowing users to easily browse all booths and tagged items.

Event Tag Duration

Your event tag and info page will remain active on ExSell.my for the duration you have set. When the event tag’s final day passes and it is no longer visible, we will notify you and provide documentation on its status for your records.
