Community Post Info

Need to inform your buyers of important updates? We've got you covered! With a community post, you can easily share images, listings, or important news to keep your audience informed. Community posts are limited to one post at a time, and you can even use the ping feature to notify anyone who follows your profile of any updates.

Please Note:
Before you can upload a community post, you’ll need to create an ExSell account and verify your phone number on ExSell.my.

How to Upload a Community Post:

1. Access Profile Settings:

   From your profile settings page, select “Community Post.”

2. Create a New Post:

   Click “Add” to start a new post.

   Choose between Announcement, Note, or Update (all options function similarly).

3. Add Content:
   Select a category "Announcement", "Note" or "Update" (your choice won't affect anything)

   Write a description for your post.

   Choose whether or not to broadcast the post to your community.

   Optionally, add images, listings, or bounties to enhance your post.

4. Upload Your Post:

   Press “Upload,” and your community post will be live!

   
   

Please Note:
You can only have one active community post at a time. However, you can always edit your existing post or delete it to upload a new one if needed.

You have successfully shared a community post with your audience.
